"We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. Yard looked nice too. Very convenient location and responsive host. Thank you!"

"We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft."

"So comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The only misleading thing was the description said there was a hot tub which there isn’t. A plus is the zoo is very close and a great family outing!"

"Inside nice layout,comfortable,I am being a bit picky but the outside needs a good clean ,windows very dirty and Exteior Doors do not feel like they shut securerly.Owners Very Helpful .We would stay again,and to all others looking at this Property it is a nice place, to the Owners please just give the outside a bit of attention.
