"The house was perfect for our family gathering over Christmas. It was clean and great facilities like washing/ironing/dishwasher and raclette. We enjoyed walks up to the castle and down to the lake and it was also easy for us to get up into the mountains for skiing and into Annecy central. Great for those who don't want to be in the busy central part of town but still want to be able to enjoy it all."

"The property was a very modern Chalet, clean and well organised. Had everything we needed including very safe storage for our bikes. The chalet was private, and 10 minutes walk away were 2 great restaurants and a comprehensive local supermarket. The weather was great and the mountains gave us what we were looking for !"

"The chalet is situated on a very quiet road with spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The chalet is spacious and comfortable on 2 floors. We were 6 adults staying with plenty of room however although there are 2 bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs) there is only one toilet. The drive way is long and narrow and parking 3 cars on it was a bit difficult ."

Large garden provided plenty of space to kick a football around, and pool a great facility although a little small, considering the guest capacity of the property. Bathrooms very odd. Two of them contained massive tubs (dating from 1980s??) but nothing else. A house that size needs more bathrooms with loos and showers. Second floor 'dormitory' swelteringly hot in the height of...

"If you are looking to spend a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the spot. The views and gardens are spectacular. The pool has a gorgeous view of the lake. Breakfast had good selection. And the staff was wonderful, looking over every single detail. As a solo traveler this was the perfect spot. "
