Our stay at Kakun was exceptional! Nicholas met us during check in and showed us our apt and welcomed us. The apt itself was super trendy and well furnished. It is in a great and safe area that is walkable to many great restaurants and sites! Only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and you can easily hear outside. Overall great and would stay again!

Excellent hotel, I would definitely stay again. They need to make smaller sized visitor passes however. I don't really want to carry around something the size of a CD case every time I leave the property.

This property has soooo many amenities. It is a beautiful building with wonderful staff. One thing to be aware of, the room itself can get hot or cold depending on weather and the bed is on the stiffer side. I am a designer and loved the space and was comfortable.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. The toilet was not functioning properly when we arrived but the Kukun staff was attentive and responsive. They worked quickly to ensure the toilet was working when we can back to the apartment. The Kukun staff also were helpful when we had questions, or had any other need. The location was perfect! We felt safe walking around during the day and at night. There were many food locations to choose from and within walking distance. The staff at the building were also very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Place in Mexico City
It was excellent to to free WIFI, Parking, and all of the amenities. Close to everything, historical sites, museums, excellent cuisine, and entertainment. Will be back soon

We enjoyed staying at Alure Kukun. The amenities are great and the staff incredibly helpful. The communication and check-in was a smooth process. We enjoyed the penthouse rooftop patio and the bed was comfortable. Looking for to staying here again.

The apartments best feature is it’s location! Really walkable to amazing cafes, restaurants and parks. The apartment is clean and has a nice balcony. Communication with Kukun was easy. The bed itself was not super comfortable, I could feel the springs. There are very annoying sounds from the fridge that go all night. If you are a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs. Overall though, a great place and really nice to have the kitchen!

La habitación no estaba limpia. Todas las áreas estaban llenas de polvo. En el baño tenían un trapo sucio en una cubeta que olía a humedad y apestaba toda la habitación. La terraza estaba en malas condiciones, por el viento la sombrilla, la mesa y las sillas se han roto y de han dejado en ese estado.

Para estadías cortas está bien, el departamento es demasiado caliente y no cuenta con aire acondicionado y el único ventilador qué hay se queda corto, la cama es muy cómoda pero pequeña para dos, el lugar es súper central y puedes caminar a los puntos más turísticos.

la habitación es super bonita y tiene atención en los detalles. Lo que no es muy agradable es que el edificio en si no es muy guest friendly, el portero mal encarado y la persona qiue nos atendió de la empresa no nos gustó el servicio, aparte hay que esperar a que vengan a recibirnos... se sintió mas como un depa que te hacen el favor de prestar.
