Everyone was wonderful. The restaurant was fantastic and the service was great. The only problem is htat I had travelled without my phone and I asked for a wake up call and they forgot. That was not so cool.

It's geared towards business trips. There is no lobby bar and no pool. Room was fine, bed was comfortable. They were on top of everything, even knocking on the door at 8 am to make sure everything was in order (they did wake me up on the Saturday, felt a little bit like I was in hospital or something, haha)

These property was bad they had a soccer team there and did not let me go out the hotel i felt like i was in jail when it suppose to be free i did not stay there for the second night i went with a friend to sleep will like a refund

Overall OK and comfortable, but the housekeeping staff needs to do their cleaning service in a better way. I had to ask for housekeeping to come to clean my room twice in a 3-night stay, which should have happened earlier (in one of the days, I left early, came back around 4PM and the room had yet to be cleaned).

Everyone was so welcoming! We arrived a little early and staff allowed us to check in so we can drop off our luggage. When we checked in, I was informed that I was a VIP member and that I was going to get an upgraded room. I was given a beautiful view! Hotel felt safe. There was a Hospital right next door, mall across the expressway, and we were able to find food in walking distance as well. I highly recommend Camino Real Pedegral Mexico to everyone! I will definitely return!

Service at the reception, not very efficient, I asked for a room change, they never changed me, I lost a sweater in the hotel, and it took 3 days until I got it back, I only give the service at the reception 60 percent quality !!!!

Si tienes que visitar el sur de la ciudad de México, este hotel resulta una opción muy interesante. Ofrece una tradición de servicio a huéspedes comprobada, aunque no han gastado mucho en mobiliario moderno. A considerar realmente, si no te importa quedarte en un hotel "demodé".
