Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.Your satisfaction is our priority so we did some research on your case. By doing so we could corroborate that you were given the room type you booked from the beginning but you wanted a different kind of view, please know that an specific view from the room is never confirmed in any kind of booking, the front desk tried their best to explain this to you but we are sorry you still didnt understand the situation since there wasnt a different view available the day you checked in. Nevertheless you were in deed changed to another room, same type, different view the next day and you expressed your satisfaction with the new room, so now your comments are quite surprising to us. We also verified that there was never a complaint regarding cleanliness nor from you or any of your party, please be sure that whenever something in our service is not as expected you can always reach front desk and management to make sure we meet your expectations, just like what we did by programming a room change eventhough you were in the correct room type from the beginning. We expect you give us a second opportunity to have you with us, please let us know to make sure everything during your stay fulfills your needs.Regards,
