Property fine but room had window to a conference room so (1) a bit dark & (2) ñot very private. Also, there was a party of around 200 young people who were noisy & inconsiderate. Rooms should have been allocated so we weren't near them.

Excellent service at check in. Axel was very welcoming. Hotel is ok. Needs a bit of freshening up. Nice location near Antea.

Quiet and comfort doesn’t always come easy in CDMX. This hotel provides both. Will definitely stay here again. Do not recommend the restaurant downstairs, however. I would go to vips instead or order in from somewhere.

Sad experience this time.
Really bad service from the lady in front desk. She is really close to hear a request and get a answer. She needs training about how Hotels.com works. I stay in this hotel 2 or 3 times a year.

I’m 3 days did not sleep good. The suit condition was bad. Had a technician 4 times in my room and Jejeje got fix. Request to change room and still waiting. The manager was very nice but my stay was horrible. Been in a room without air condition was not good at all specially when i had surgery
