Clean but far away of excellence

Rooms do not have alarm and you have to ask for a wake up call. The phone of my room was not working or did not ring properly. Rooms are not fancy but are clean although there is a bad smell during the nighttime I could not guess where was that coming from... Worth to note this hotel really do not look like the website pictures at all! The reception staff does his job precariously and do not offer solutions to the complains nor apologise for hotel fails. The restaurant is decent; food is good and service is excellent.

Too far from airport

Pros: Large, clean rooms.
Cons: Reception staff 'attitude'. Location!
Location: Further than most of the other airport hotels, and there is nothing 'useful' nearby.
Shuttle bus goes every half hour, but it never runs at the time they say because it's either full so it goes early or it's late because of traffic. And it also has to go to Terminal 2 then Terminal 1 each time we were on it. Oh and it's called the Grand Prix because that is what the drivers of the shuttle bus seem to think they are in when heading to the airport. The restaurant is ok but I had to pay $90pesos for continental breakfast. Prefer the Ramada.

Front office staff is not friendly at all. Rooms are very nice and comfy love their shuttle driver very polite and helpfull.

Unconfortabe over priced

The customer services was terrible, staff was rude and condessending. I was charged again for my stay. Restaurant did not want to attend us upon arrival (10:30) they wanted us to order room service. They also instructed us to tip individually and cumulatively. Upon our arrival i was greated with a whats up?. Im not sure if that aceptable to anybody.

El hotel está muy cómodo, la habitación muy amplia, iluminada y con todo lo necesario para pasar una noche placentera. El único detalle es que si no llevas coche, el transporte es un poco complicado, la estación de metro está retirada y los taxis a veces te dejan del otro lado de churubusco..

Simple, basic. Good for an overnight stay. That's it. Bit noisy in the morning. Rough area but seemed secure. Can hear room doors slamming. Restaurant there, but no continental. Should be inclued.

Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Better water Pressure in bathroom faucet HOT WATER and better internet band with with much needed improvement on disconnections as well.
NO HOT WATER LIMITED WATER FROM FAUCET AND VERY LIMITED INTERNET. When I got to the room wanted to wash my face found a trickle of water out of faucet, called maintenance was told they installed a stopper so conserve water. I asked about why only cold and did not have response. When I went to take shower had NO HOT WATER again called and was told to leave water on for 15 minutes it would warm up. (CONSERVE WATER?) After 15 minutes got Luke warm but never hot. With internet was very slow and would cut off every two minutes when I called they explained they only had 4MB band and there is two many using the wireless internet router and service. Highly do not recommend if Hot Water and Internet is a Priority!!

Comodidado y Cercania

Siempre nos hospedamos en el Hotel Grand Prix por la comodidad y la cercania con el aeropuerto y demas puntos de interes, ademas me gusto mas que ahora en cada cuarto tienen una bicicleta para hacer ejercicio, los cuartos son muy amplios.
