We wonder for business purposes I tried to print paperwork they didn’t have no paper and the printer the business as they call it. It was all dirty. I asked him if I can make copies. They said don’t make no copies. Very noisy. We stay there because it was close to the business that we were going to, but I will not recommend this .

This is a reasonably priced hotel very close to areas of interest in central Mexico City. My room was clean, everything in good condition and it was quiet. The staff were wonderful.

I liked that it was close to the airport and other areas of interest. I did not like that I was required a cash deposit to have access to a safe box in the room

This hotel was conveniently located to the Zocalo and other popular sights. Im not sure if the entire hotel was lile this but our room had paint all over the floor like they just painted walls and didnt protect or cover floors. They were clean other than that. The breakfast was ok if you are not bothered by being very limited with options. Many of the things were not available so we were very limited on what we could have. There was a restaurant next door that was a great option. Overall i would stay here again on a short trip but not add breakfast option and hope i got a different room.

The tranquility of the hotel, the ease of access to a computer and connectivity. What I disliked was the charging system and that there were no smoking areas. I recommend that if a guest wishes to pay for five nights, they charge it from the time of booking. We had an unpleasant check-out experience due to the charging system.

We were in a small "comfort" room. Barely enough space to walk around the double bed. Space poorly planned. Bathroom cramped. No windows. (Other, larger, rooms may have been more pleasant.) We moved across the street to the EXCELLENT Hotel Histórico Centro. Twice the room rate, but worth it, for pleasant surroundings and unbelievable staff service.

Nice clean hotel. The location was amazing!! Very close to a lot of restaurants and stores and iconic places in a walking distance. Nice room, nothing fancy, but clean. The only thing I didn't like is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work well and there are not enough electrical outlets in the room.

Very convenient for centro
The location is incredibly convenient you can get anywhere in centro within minutes walking. It's also so close to some loud music that you can hear it at night. The building is old and doesn't have good sound proofing. It's somewhat small but does have AC which is really nice in the heat. The staff is great and helpful.
