El hotel es realmente perfecto para quienes necesitan quedarse cerca del aeropuerto. Está a 7 minutos en auto y tiene todo lo necesario. Se ubica a 3 cuadras de Av. Ocho, donde hay muchos restaurantes urbanos Mexicanos. La zona no es lujosa pero más que suficiente y segura. El cuarto es pequeño y la cama también si es que van dos personas. Sino, realmente lo necesario para descansar y estar en un buen ambiente. Incluye desayuno y gimnasio!!

The hotel's location near the airport is extremely convenient and the accommodations are spotlessly clean and highly comfortable. Moreover, the staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. I would like to strongly suggest that ice should be made readily available for all the guests.

only needed a room for 1 night and close to the airport Hotel is very basic with no extras , Disappointed that they did not have Netflix or any channels in English

The accommodation is good, the staff is very friendly but the hotel is in an area that feels unsafe and dirty. Proximity to the airport was good tho.

The pictures do not match not even a little with the reality . We felt like we were on jail, rooms are very little, dirty , towels are in bad shape spots of red on the bath room floor. 2 little windows and if you open them to get fresh air, you can hear the noise of the traffic. We did not sleep at all. Do not rent this hotel. You won’t be happy do not waist your money you can get better rooms for the same price. Staff not very friendly, breakfast almost with nothing.

I was pleasantly surprised when we saw the hotel and the room we booked. For the price I believe I got a very good deal. Overall our stay was excellent.

Elevator dirty, small room needs maintenance, one of the shower doors missing. Tortilla chips during breakfast very old they tasted awful, orange juice reduced with a bunch of water, they do not have windows to diminish the noise of the bussy Zaragoza street

decent room for a decent price. the area is not the safest in the city and lots of traffic around. however the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. room was really small buts its all you need if your just going to sleep and shower

It was a great place to spend a night while waiting for a next day flight. I particularly liked that they had a set of ear plugs as the area is very noisy due to the avenue that runs by.

El hotel no es nada lo de las fotos, no está en una buena área y la puerta de mi cuarto tenía un hollo el elevador no servia ni la Cafetera, eso si el Personal muy amable, pero el Hotel muy viejo

This place is not properly trained for customer service. From the moment we check in the lady at the front desk was veré rude and had a dismissive demeanor. We arrived a bit early to our check in and ask if we could check in early. The lady said no. We notice people leaving and thought it was not going to be a big deal, we just needed a place to leave our luggage. She refused and said no matter what we said she was going to give us the room until 3 PM. I think this is a stupid policy since if the room is free I don’t see why early check in is not possible.
