As for the fact that there are people coming and going all the time, it is a housing complex! In any hotel or accommodation there are people coming and going 24 hours a day!We are not the type of company that deceives people! The photos are exactly the same as the apartment you booked! In your review you have not mentioned that you threw away a TV screen for which you were not charged! And that causes us high costs. The price you paid was fair, a spacious apartment for 6 people in a residential complex, which in a luxury hotel in this area would have cost you 5 times more.You also didn't notice that you would bring a car, you have to reserve in advance, we always send a welcome message with all the instructions prior to check-in.We suggest you always review what you reserve and carefully read what each accommodation offers before making a reservation. You were never deceived, you were given the same thing that you have reserved.

Estimada Norma Urrutia, el desague de la ducha nunca estuvo atascado, tienen unas tapas en la coladera que se ponen para evitar que salgan malos olores de la cañería, si no lo retiras, el agua no puede drenar correctamente. El apartamento se te entregó recién limpiado a una hora no habitual 1 PM como cortesía ya que llegaste temprano.Como bien te comentamos no es un hotel, no estamos obligados a poner cerraduras extras ya que tenemos muy pocas unidades, te sugerimos revisar bien antes de reservar. Señor Camargo: Se le enviaron todas las indicaciones desde el momento que usted generó la reserva, en automático le llegan todas las instrucciones de que debe comunicarse al menos 45 minutos antes de su llegada ya que no somos un hotel, los guardias del edificio no pueden darle acceso. En repetidas ocasiones también lo estuvimos intentando llamar sin embargo la llamada nunca entró.Es necesario que revise su correo electrónico ya que todas las instrucciones para check in fueron enviadas pero nunca fueron leídas. Al no ser un hotel no nos encontramos las 24 horas dentro del complejo. Una vez que nos confirman su hora de llegada así podemos dejar a un anfitrión que esté pendiente de su llegada y recibirlo pero como hemos mencionado antes usted nunca leyó los mensajes ni las indicaciones.Le recomendamos revisar bien antes de reservar.

Estimada Melissa, entendemos tu baja puntuación debido a que se te cobró un extra adicional. Pero es necesario que coloques el numero correcto de huéspedes ya que la reservación original era para 3 y llegaron 6 personas, no podemos aceptar 3 personas gratis sin cobro alguno como la petición que nos pusiste dentro de tu reserva. Te sugerimos colocar el numero correcto de huéspedes cuando vuelvas a reservar. Saludos cordiales.

We sincerely regret that the apartment with balcony was unavailable due a severe maintenance problem. The guest of course was provided a full refund and received our most sincere apologies. Sometimes events occur which are beyond our control
