Perfect For A Quick Trip!
My childhood friend and I came into town for an anime convention and found this to be a perfect place to rest and recover during our busy weekend. The outside of the property is quaint and the sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette were clean and perfect for our purposes. Would definitely stay again!

I’ll be back!
This efficiency was perfectly located, I walked the neighborhood several times, and I took an Uber to places I couldn’t walk to. It had just enough space, had everything I needed, was cute and clean, and the hosts are very accommodating. I loved the water pressure in the shower lol it’s an underrated plus. The bed was more comfortable than I had expected. I slept like a baby. I’ll def be back.

This Efficiency is so cozy and we felt so welcome! It was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for 2 people to stay. It has everything you need, including multiple ways to make coffee, a fridge, a plug in stove top with pans, and so much more! They even have extra toiletries in case you forget anything. The location was perfect, 15 minutes or less from the staple Miami spots. I would highly recommend this stay and will consider staying here again if I visit Miami again.

The hosts were awesome and very attentive. Super friendly. Everything we needed was in the room. It was clean and the location was PERFECT!!!!!!! The neighborhood was quite and safe. I'll definitely be using this spot when I go back. Mush thanks to the hosts for making my Miami trip even better!

Nice hosts made our stay very pleasant.

The property was very clean and had many useful amenities but it wreaked of cigarettes for our whole stay. Not sure if they allowed the last guests to smoke in the room or if they’re smokers themselves and it passes into this section the property but it was rather unpleasant

While this small (bungalow type) rental was just fine for 1 or 2 people, it smelled of cigarette smoke. This rental is connected to bigger house, so I’m not sure if cigarette smoke smell along with weed smell was coming from ventilation system or not. I was going to cook bacon 🥓 for breakfast, but the frying pans hanging on the wall were not usable, needed to be replaced. The throw rugs in the rental, (bathroom and living room) need to be non skid. Could have been an accident. Too slippery. Area was quiet and Owner was nice. My stay was alright except for the few things I mentioned.

Had a blast in Miami! Sam and Andy were great hosts. There was an issue with the plumbing, and they fixed it in a timely manner and were very cool about it. Definitely a cute spot, clean with nice amenities in a nice part of town. Recommended!

Excellent for a long weekend getaway.
Came down to Miami for a long weekend and to get some beach time. The local area is nice and easy to get around in with Uber or car rental. The Studio is very comfortable and clean. All of the necessities are right there. Looking forward to another visit.

Weekend Trip
This rental was clean and suited our needs for the weekend. We appreciated the amenities, extra toiletries, and that it was 420 friendly. The check-in process was incredibly easy and there was a manual with some reasonable expectations and some recommendations for local food and entertainment. The trundle bed was a bit of a hassle and wasn't very comfortable, there was a floodlight in the backyard or neighbors yard that kept us awake and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming most of our stay. I think this rental is a good fit for friends or a couple on a short visit where you will be spending the majority of your time exploring Miami. It worked for our budget and we spent most of our time at the beach (this rental came with beach towels and a beach bag too!)

Miami for a week
Sam and Andy have an awesome little spot close to North Miami! The space is used extremely effectively and I was really surprised how much utensils and kitchenware was available! Comfy bed and a quick Uber / lyft to the nearby south/north beach made for a perfect stay!
