“We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel is also within walking distance of CVS, the train station, and……

“Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work.……

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool.) The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped……
