Pros: none
Cons: whole room needs to be improved
Location: ok
AC wont turn off, the fan would run non stop and makes the run humid and hot at same time, the room was outdated and old, kind of dirty and seems like it was dirty, but just old. I decided to move to another hampton inn, which was much better, next to turnpike and 41st street

Location: Very central
on arrival, the front desk personnel were exceptional and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the housekeepers did a great job of cleaning the room and bathroom. I enjoyed the vast selection of tv channels. The sheets and towels were wonderful to the touch. The corridors always had a pleasant clean odour.

Hotel is terribly dated. Have never had this experience with Hampton but we all know Miami is different. We were put in a handicap room. It smelled of urine. It was dirty and old. Chairs in breakfast area were worn and torn. Construction outside. Obviously they are renovating outside. Worst Hampton I have ever seen. I would have picked something else but I usually have positive experiences with Hampton. Total shock when I arrived.

I like the only one night that I was a guest in that hotel. Very good experience starting on checkin. The room was clean, the service is very good and the breakfast was perfect. Than you!

Pros: I liked the woman's friendly smile and attitude trying to help everyone regardless of all of the problems that I overheard people complaining about.
Cons: Please let your customers know that they will be inconvenienced due to the renovations occurring.
From the moment that we drove up to the hotel we knew that our stay would not be up to par to our usual Hampton stay. We were never told that the building was undergoing a renovation. The front entrance drive through and parking was partitioned off, which is not a good sign for a person like myself that is handicapped. The receptionist was very nice and was able to place us in a room in back of the building on the first floor, however we had to accept two double beds instead of a king bed room. the room was okay except I could understand why the renovations were being conducted. The furniture was quite worn and there was an odor in the room. The toilet ran and would re flush itself every twenty minutes. We tried to adjust it but it needed replacing. We just closed the door. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast bar. The two mornings that we used it was about 8:00and my husband had to frequently ask the staff to replenish the coffee, juice, and eggs. People always were waiting around.

Cons: Service. Cleaness.
Hotel was under construction. One of two elevators does´t work. The breakfast service was slowly. The complementary coffee was cold in the afternoon. No safe in the room.

Reliable Accommodations...

It's so important to know the environment in which you'll be staying while traveling. You save, you plan, you spend hundreds, thousands on vacations - if you end up in a crappie hotel, it can ruin a trip. Hampton Inn, for the most part, is a brand you can rely on. So there's one less thing to worry about. I'm super picky and hard on services when spending my hard earned $, trying to enjoy time off. Checked out of TWO trashy places in Miami Beach that were more expensive. Booked Hampton while sitting in the rental car. Problem solved. Bam!

Perfect choice

This hotel had all what we needed during our 3 day stay. I must say that some furniture in the bedroom must be changed a.s.a.p ( couch & desk chair) but seems they are going through an over all restauration of the place. Complete breakfast, fitness center, free parking, wi-fi, pool, very clean and location at an affordable rate; can't ask for more. Yes, I will stay here again and recommend it to everyone !
