Never again

Posted May 9, 2015
I had to change rooms twice because the balcony doors would not lock, you can easy step over the rail onto the next balcony so I didn't feel safe and one of the rooms front door wouldn't lock. I was given a suite for my troubles however, that balcony door wouldn't lock either but because it was made in a way that no one could reach it I was ok with it. The next day I found my credit card had been charged $150 for mini bar items that I did not take or use. I was told it was from one of the rooms I originally had, I was so upset behind the accusation that I had to get a manager involved, he took care of the charges, but I'm left wondering who really took the items from the mini bar. When it was time to checkout my bill was so screwed I still don't know if I was charged correctly. My stay was horrible and I will never go back there.

Excellent location

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Bathroom and kitchen area not clean, bathroom floor was sticky, kitchen had a cooktop but no pots/pans of any kind - only bare minimum of glasses mugs plates etc., minimal cutlery, no dish soap or kitchen cloths. Fridge was very clean inside. Rooms were very expensive. Plus there was a $25/day resort fee which included breakfast (which was coffee and a very small muffin) and towels to use at the beach. Also $25/day to park a vehicle. Pool area was very worn. Staff was wonderful, everyone friendly and helpful.

Great Beachfront stay

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Comfortable beds, beautiful location on the beach, well equipped with all amenities. Accommodated a late check out with a smile.
Cons: Charging stations would be nice, not many outlets in the room so not too tech friendly for 2 travelers with cell phones and tablets.
Travel for work and beach combo, this hotel had all the amenities we needed and very nice staff. Front desk was helpful and efficient, all staff were friendly (especially Sanford, appropriately titled Happiness Director). Restaurant was wonderful, and chef in particular offered extra appetizers while there was a delay in the entree order. Very attentive people who strive for excellence and it was obvious that customer service is a priority.

Baño muy incomodo

Posted Apr 12, 2015

The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable . We up graded at check in for a very good rate . Our suite provided for a spectacular view of the ocean . There were some repairs needed to the room ; however they were fixed quickly . The restaurant at the hotel is excellent . Restaurant & bar closed at 11 pm, ridiculous.

Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: The view
Cons: Change the rug.
Location: Great location.
Restaurant & bar closed at 11 pm, shortly after my arrival. Only room service food offered was a Pizza. The second day the room bed was made up but the rest of the room did not seem to be cleaned and water was not replaced. However, the restaurant & bar staff were very professional and so was the front desk personnel.

Amazing View with Great Beach Access

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The view from the room was amazing, we ended up sleeping with the blinds open, and woke up to an amazing view of the ocean.
Cons: We were really hoping for a mini fridge in the room, but didn't get one, so we had to improvise with an ice bucket and ice that we had to ask for.
Location: The beach access was amazing, however, we did have to drive a little to go anywhere decent to eat (other than the hotel restaurant).
The view from the room is amazing, and the room itself is clean and comfortable, the only thing that would have made it better would be if the room had come with a mini fridge. Breakfast a la carte was a bit pricey, but the complimentary muffin, coffee, and juice was great. The facilities were great, it's right on the beach, and the beach boys did a great job helping us find a beach chair. The pool was a little bit hot (almost like a hot tub), but it's understandable because of the size of the pool and the sun beating down on it all day. Overall the hotel was amazing and I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to a friend.

Outdated hotel

Posted Mar 8, 2015
Hotel needs a total update/renovation. It just has a sad vibe with the dark brown hallways, room furniture and medium brown walls. The room was so small.. no mini fridge.. the staff told my boyfriend that we were messy. Of course we are we r living in a shoe box! I hate how in that hotel u need a key card to get up to your floor.. and the card obly allows you to go to your floor so if u make friends, you cant enter onto their floor.. its stupid. For 300 a night i thought the place was a dump. It may be like this at all the hotels but u have to valet ur car everytime which i found annoying bc i was constantly like oh i forgot my phone charger or i wanna just pack the car before going to breakfast.. it was just annoying. Further each and every time we called down to get the car 5 min before we needed it.. we still waited another 15 min for the car!! The beach was lovely, there was a pool, pool shower (outdoor.. not private) and full bar with chairs and staff to serve drinks. Its also a topless beach which i enjoyed taking advantage of.. the restaurwnt was overall nice. And while we had a small room facing the city, the balcony was really nice to have. There were a lot of convenient shops/restaurants across the street live cvs, liquor, starbucks, nail place, marshalls, basically had everything that as a traveler i would want in case i forgot something or needed something for my room. Overall i would not stay here again.
