I had a wonderful stay with my partner! The staff was attentive and courteous, the room was clean and kept that way for the duration of our stay. Even the room service was good, to my surprise. I would absolutely return to Solé for another vacation.

This is a review based off my first experience in Miami/Sunny Isles. That being said, I had an amazing view of the ocean. Being right there on the beach was amazing. It is north of Miami Beach, so if you’re looking for that, it might not be quite what you expect. Not much nightlife close by (walking distance). The restaurant inside is okay. Overpriced, for average food in my opinion. However, the friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated! As far as the accommodations, I didn’t venture too much into it. They are a resort with “all inclusive”. But based off what I got, seemed like all services were available, but you’re paying for it on top of the stay. Just be mindful when you book. My guess is I didn’t actually get an all inclusive stay. So it made it a little bit of a downer with some of the additional expenses. That being said, I would go back! Great staff! Great view. I’m sure there’s better, but this was an amazing experience for me all in all.

I like the staff, excellent and kind. I did not like to pay for my amazon divery. It shouldn’t be that I paid so much for the room and service and I am charged for extra package from Amazon. A little outdated. The water in the shower and sink would not drain. When pooled you could see it was a little green which was unpleasant. Half of the front desk staff was great. The other half should not be in customer service. Room service would hang up to avoid placing an order over the phone instead of through their app which was missing items on the menu. Check out is at 11am, but the cleaning team entered or tried to enter 3 times between 10am and 10:45am. Valet had too many cars at points to accept new cars.

The hotel is updated and very clean. The staff was very nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The room was always cleaned while we were out and whenever we needed extra towels they were delivered immediately.

Was not told about any resort fees at $45 per day per room (that we didn’t want or need) It said on site parking but not that it was $40 per day. I’d already paid £900 for two nights two rooms so I was not pleased to have to pay another $620 for something I didn’t need. The room was dated the main light didn’t work the bathroom door stuck and needed a good push to open there were cobs on the light fixtures and the bed sloped to one side. The partial beach view we had was accompanied by the view of all the rusty air conditioning units on the building next door as we were on a high floor. The beach was nice though

Dear Gregory,Thank you choosing Sole Miami and for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We value all forms of guest feedback as an opportunity to improve the services for our guests. Please accept my sincere apologies for leaving you disappointed with the hotel fees and the room amenities, we will be of course sharing this to our departments involved. We certainly understand the concern over the 40 resort fee; however, this does provide our guests with the use of the fitness center, saunas, pool towels and the beach chairs we guarantee for all of our guests. Parking is Sunny Isles Beach is very limited and price range is between 45 to 55 in some hotels, our price is the most affordable in this area and includes 24 hours unlimited pick-up and drop-off service. This information is listed on Expedia website and disclosed during the booking process. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.I would therefore hope that your experience on this visit will not dissuade you from staying with us again. The sheets stunk like body odor upon arrival and we had a hard time having hotel management address the issue. Could have been a fluke thing but they could have handled the situation with more care and a sense of urgency. After 3 try’s we got a new room and had a good time the rest of the trip.

We had a wonderful time. Staff incredibly helpful with no exceptions. We would like to recognize particularly the reception staff, mostly Andreas and his colleague Analys - I think this is the name - young polite guy with a beard. They were always available and nice.
