"Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly, the hotel shuttle is a bonus which takes you within a 2-mile radius which includes downtown Broadway. The breakfast was amazing and the happy hour + snacks is always nice. The hotel was in a quiet area of Nashville. I would definitely stay here again. If you use the shuttle, please tip the drivers :) "
"Overall, the stay was nice. I think that there should be clarification that parking each day is $45 whether you use valet or not. They have a crazy policy that self parking is $20 until 11pm and anything past 11pm is $45. So, if you're staying overnight you're paying $45 which makes zero sense. "

5/5 Excellent
"This place is amazing and beautiful. Indoor gardens are relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We spent 5 days here and could have stayed longer. Stayed at the Cascades and loved listening to the waterfall every night. Slept with the door open and the rush of water all night was most relaxing.
Bring money, everything is expensive."

"Staff were amazing!
Shuttle to Broadway was convenient and there was an option to use bikes provided by the hotel.
The room was a great size and we had a mini fridge upon request for no fee.
Our experience was great and I’d definitely stay again. "

"I’m a very picky person, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This property was amazing at how clean it was. The breakfast and the area for the breakfast was spotless. I felt very comfortable there. It’s just a few blocks off of Broadway very easy to walk and you could a great deal of savings in price. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
