"This property was perfect for our stay in Tallahassee for the FSU Spring Showcase. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and our dogs. The property was very clean, had wonderful spaces for everyone (including the game room, which was our favorite!), and was a great layout for everyone and the dogs. "This was an amazing townhome. Had all the comforts of home. Very clean and spacious with all modern updates. But the best amenity is the closeness to everything, especially the FSU Campus. It is located only 6 min to the FSU Law School and just a bit longer to the main campus. Perfect for our stay. Midtown is a great little area with fun restaurants and even a brewery within walking distance. I will certainly book this home again if we are back in town."

"One of the things I love best about the owners/operators of this property is that they don’t give the guest a chore at checkout. It was actually my first experience like that with VRBO, and it made an already great stay feel like the cherry on top that we didn’t have to strip beds or take out the garbage, etc. It’s a perfect quiet spot in otherwise not-so-quiet college town, but you’re also close to everything you need to get to. "Super cute place, very clean. I stayed with my partner and our 2 kids and we had plenty of space. Beds were very firm but super cozy, bathrooms were clean and well functioning. The host was very easy to communicate with and reached out on several occasions to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Just make sure you bring your own coffee pods if you want to use the Keurig!"

"Blooming jasmine and roses greeted us as we entered the gate, along with Tally the cat. That is a great beginning right there! We loved the multi deck back yard, each level had something to be enjoyed by all. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. My husband wasted no time to see what he could catch right off of the dock. A beautiful nice size blue catfish within the first hour, he ended up with 4 catfish and 2 croppie during our stay.
