"I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!"

"Beautiful condo, and surprisingly quiet despite the partying graduate university students in the area since it was university housing. It was very clean, nice furniture and well stocked on the inside, but we did find a large dead roach in the bedroom we slept in, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. It's possible that they recently sprayed for them and that's why it was there, but I hopefully next time the cleaning crew will double check the property before a guest stay."

"It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price."

"Parking for 3 vehicles off street was a plus. The bedrooms were large with plenty of sleeping areas. It was great having so many bathrooms available for us all to get ready at the same time. Backyard fenced in to provide privacy from the neighbors. Could have been a little cleaner, garbage under bed from previous tenant (water bottle and receipt) and sticky spill (small) that was not cleaned from last tenant. Other than that, great stay! "Blooming jasmine and roses greeted us as we entered the gate, along with Tally the cat. That is a great beginning right there! We loved the multi deck back yard, each level had something to be enjoyed by all. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. My husband wasted no time to see what he could catch right off of the dock. A beautiful nice size blue catfish within the first hour, he ended up with 4 catfish and 2 croppie during our stay.
