"It’s a very comfortable,roomy and well cared for property. We all enjoyed our rooms and comfortable beds. Loved community space even got to play cards on the big dinning room table. Close enough to downtown to easily walk, shop and eat. We plan on coming back. Hopefully when the Museum across the street is open. Great stay."

"Our armored combat team stayed at this location when we were performing at Central Missouri Ren Fair. We arrived and all the lights and radio were on for us to greet us. It was a bit alarming because those who arrived first were worried that they had entered a space that was being occupied. The beds were more firm than some of our people liked, but I personally enjoy a firmer mattress. After the fair, we slugged back to the Rollins Inn and enjoyed using the kitchen to cook dinner for all of us....

"We came to town to get together with friends from college and see a football game. The grounds were great and the house was very nice. It was a little away from town but super easy to get to. I’m glad we weren’t there in the winter due to the gravel driveway which has a fairly steep hill. The kitchen’s organization was strange to us but we found everything we needed"
