Almost great
Our stay would have been wonderful, but the property was infested with flies. We hung fly strips, some provided by the service, that attracted dozens. We kill dozens more with a fly swatter, and there were still flies, lighting on our bodies and food through the entire stay. This was simply not acceptable and caused us to stay out of the premises more than we would have. We hope that you will get in touch with us and that something can be done about this unfortunate situation. Thank you.

River front house
Very nice property…..it had plenty of room and accommodations for a larger group of people if needed. The fact that it had lots of towels board games extra bedding and plenty of dishes the river was gorgeous and a couple of sweet dogs from the neighborhood stopped by for a visit. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed the property and we enjoyed the house what we did not enjoy, was having people come and inspect it during our stay with unmarked vehicles, and saying that they were supposed to work on the property, especially the location of the property being in the woods and having children, we should've been told by the property management the property management service they would call us back today. They still have not

Great picturesque spot!
Beautiful spot, and outfitted GREAT for recreation and fun! The kitchen is outfitted very well and things are well maintained. We did message the hosts to ask for an early check-in, but never heard back. Our only critiques on comfort is the beds - the mattresses are pretty old and the pillows are all really thick/tall. Beyond that, this location and the care that goes into the property make it a great place to be.

Great location but it’s Vacasa drama not VRBO
I love this property. This is the second or third time we’ve been here, and we plan to return. It’s clean enough, except for the bench in the kitchen that needs to be replaced because of the horrific stains. The games are fun the bedding is clean, and the beds are good. My problem is that I book with Vrbo. However this is of a Vacasa listing, And they expect you to pop over to Vacasa and download the app and use that instead. I sent many messages and got no reply. The communication was terrible. I didn’t want to go to the other app, I didn’t wanna make a phone call. I just wanted their manager to respond to my messages.

Wonderful home on the river
This home was fabulous! Private river access, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, hot tub.... Perfect getaway close to town. Lots of room for us to spread out and all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend!!

Top knotch getaway
Took my son here with a couple of his friends to celebrate his 16th birthday. This was truly a vacation for all of us! The house is perfect! It was nice to have several amenities to allow everyone to enjoy things. The layout was great and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware. The river sounds can be heard anywhere outside which was pure bliss. I highly recommend this place! We hope to be back again some day!

Fantastic
We came during a heat wave and were very thankful for all the fans! The house is very cabin like and had all the necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside space. The deck was in the shade in the evening where we watched the river, played games and ate meals and in the mornings it was perfect for enjoying coffee. The pinball and arcade games were a huge success for kids and adults alike. The river itself was perfect for swimming, but bring water shoes as the rocks are difficult to walk on and the river rocks were super slippery. We felt secluded even though there were neighbors. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great property and overall pleasant experience. The arcade games were a nice feature and we loved being right on the river. The only negative thing about the house was the carpets in the living room, they smelt of animal urine. Upon arrival, it was overwhelming but I aired out the house and cleaned more and it seemed to help. It’s super sweet of the owners to allow pets, and these things can happen but I do believe it’s time for a carpet replacement. Definitely a fun place to stay and we all had a fabulous time.

The place to stay for a getaway
About 45-60 minutes away from portland and snuggled in between trees and on the riverfront lays this wonderful resort home. The pictures are accurate but being right by the river is a sight to behold. Plenty of couch space to watch movies by the fireplace, or play a game of poker on the poker table, play some arcade games, or hang out in the hot tub. This place has something for everyone. Would stay again and are planning on it. Only negative was that when we arrived the key code did not work. There is no reception at all however we were lucky to be able to hop into the wifi to make a call. After several tries of resetting the code, it was determined that the lock ran out of batteries. Eventually after 30 minutes in the dark we were finally able to get in. Not a great way to start but the rest of our stay made it worth it.

Change of scenery
We were looking for a winter get away and change of scenery. This was a great location! The house was very accommodating, great lay out, very comfortable, we enjoyed the games, pinball, outdoor kitchen, river and big great room to hang out! We would definitely book this place again. Highly recommended. Just a few recommendations or issues to call out, but not deal breakers for us. Hot tub and microwave were not working. The house did not have numbers, perhaps it was painted and they were not replaced? The house is grey, not white/beige. I recommend updating the driving instructions, they were confusing. When you turn onto Winnifred, take the fork to the left, then an immediate right onto the driveway.

Great place for family fun
Rented this place for a kids 10th birthday. There was so much to do. Pinball was the best. The river right out back was amazing. The listing does not mention the huge front yard. There was even a grassy fenced in horse coral where we could let our dogs play off leash. We made lots of great memories here. would definitely stay here again and really hope we get the chance to. Only complaint is that the outdoor furniture and hot tub are pretty well used and weathered but it does not take away from the fun and beauty this place has to offer. It could also use a good deep cleaning but it was definitely clean enough for a comfortable stay.
