"Dirty bedding on pull out sofa, tshirt from previous guests found under the couch, no shampoo in the room but two bottles of conditioner, breakfast was disappointing, there was no meat eggs were dry and rubbery, not enough staff, host was doing clean up in the breakfast area and patrons were waiting to check out. Broken tiles in pool area. Expected better from a Hampton Inn. "

"I wish I would’ve taken pictures. The staff at the front desk was exemplary. I have stayed at other hotels in Monroe and she would be a great asset to their team, but this hotel is very old. I picked it because I was on a strict budget, but I regret it. Nothing has been updated. we stayed in room 103 and I learned a valuable lesson about the value of my money. "
