It was located close to shopping and restaurants, the apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed! "We were in Dyersville overnight for my nephew’s wedding, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. I would definitely come back for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. There’s a lot of outdoor area to lounge and relax and watch the kids play on the playground equipment. We loved the resident dog Willow…she kindly welcomed us to the very spacious, clean and well-equipped home away fro home. Thank you so much!!"

"We stayed for three nights at Ryan's condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants. We enjoyed Textile, Millwork Gelato, and Fuse. Just an fyi-there is a bit of a walk down the hallway to the condo. And yes, there is a train right by the windows, but we made friends with it and thought it was pretty cool."
