Very rundown property. Visited twice in the span of a month. Revolving main entrance out of commission on both visits. The pool was closed the second visit. Limited staff. No one at desk as they are typically off doing other jobs. Huge lobby and dining area but no amenities to go along with it, and they don’t want groups just sitting down there. Ceiling tile in our room caved in due to leak on second visit. Low price, but you get what you pay for.

The room I was given had a window that faced the parking lot and the parking lot light shined through the window all night. The window only had sheers and the drapes were just for show. They can't close. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there.

Whole hotel Needs updating. Pool was closed. Carpet in room was very old and dirty. Breakfast was low quality for the price. Breakfast staff Mary was the highlight of our stay, she was so sweet and accommodating. The accessibility was good for my mother, which is why we chose this hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

I enjoyed my two night stay at the Radisson. Very comfortable and peaceful. Very clean and great staff too! The only disappointment I had was that the hotel charges you a $50.00 incidentals fee for each night stay which they later do refund if you don’t have any incidentals charged to your room. I believe that $50 per night is excessive. I believe that they should reduce that to $25 a night. I was not expecting that large amount.

I was told that the hotel was recently changed from a Marriot to a Raddison and there is a sign outside about upcoming renovations. In its current condition, the hotel was a little worn but okay. Upon arrival I was informed that rooms are only serviced every three days. Since my stay was 3 days, no service. Fortunately for me, I was traveling alone, so the number of towels in the room was enough. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was really nice. The only problem was that the ceiling tile close to the A/C vent had mold growing on it. Other than that it was a great room.
