"After reading the fabulous reviews, we knew this was the place for us. Angela and Antonio are incredible hosts. from check in to check out, we were taken care of in every way. the villa/home has everything you could need - our children loved the toys, ping pong table and bikes! the jacuzzi was a highlight! The fresh baked goods, wood stove pizza night, restaurant and local attraction recommendations and more...just a lovely experience. We loved every minute at La Corte Del Pergolo and cannot wait to come back again soon. Grazie!"

"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove (usually microwave). The trulli was further out of Locorotondo than expected so we needed to drive in to the town or supermarket. Locorotondo is perfectly situated to visit many of the towns in northern Puglia. Alberobello is very close by and an amazing UNESCO site. Did not disappoint. We ventured to the north and south coast with ease and even as far as Matera (not Puglia I know). Castellana Grotte is not to be missed. An amazingly awesome cave system. Although I have spoken of some negatives with the property, l would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Puglia."

Even without a car, if you want a relaxing and homey environment in a small Italian town with lots of charm, this boutique hotel/B&B is the place to stay, with wonderful staff and a hostess Chiara who will direct you to the best food and experiences in the town and the vicinity"

"This hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff made us feel like one of the family. The location was excellent and it allowed us to visit all of southern Italy within a 30 to 90 min drive making it fantastic as base for touring. They provided us tips on what and when to see the sites. The included breakfast was excellent and served in a location with an incredible view of Locorotondo. Parking was included and safely in a gated lot on the property. The pool area was excellent to relax in the sun and have a dip to cool down. We would come to visit this area of Italy just for the opportunity to stay here once again. You can’t go wrong with the hotel and great staff. We plan on returning soon. "
