Just an overnight Work Trip, The rooms where comfortable, and the continental breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was good. It was also a very reasonable Price.

Confusion

Posted Aug 19, 2014
We thought we had a reservation since we had a confirmation number, but the hotel said we did not have one. Very disappointed with how they blamed Expedia for the mishap.

Comfortable bed, but dated room

Posted Aug 18, 2014
The good: room and bed were comfortable, the area and the A/C was quiet, new TV, good WiFi speed, nice pool and hot tub, older gym equipment but functional, simple but filling continental breakfast (7:30-9:30am), plenty of parking, short drive to park and beach, efficient staff Not so good: old and stained carpeting, no ventilation in the bathroom, no views

Hotel close to event

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: The breakfast room - hot water for tea was lukewarm, ran out of orange juice - no one seemed to be cleaning up or filling food items.
Location: Didn't have time to see any sites nearby.
Room was neat and clean. The hotel was close to the wedding reception of our son.

Hotel close to everything

Posted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: The comfortable, quiet room.
Cons: Needed a fresh coat of paint on the outside.
We slept very well as the room was comfortable and very quiet. Didn't even hear anyone in the hallway. Good value for the money as a continental breakfast was included. Staff were very friendly. Would definately stay there again.

Clean Hotel with good access to amenities

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: It was clean and comfortable with reasonable quality features
Cons: One of the two beds had a soft spot.
Location: It is located on the primary road in Parksville with quick access to beaches, golf and highway to ferries and Victoria.
Pleasant stay with good room and hotel is close to major roads and beach.

Overnight stay

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Location, quiet, amenities, breakfast, and nice hotel in good condition.
Location: Beach is close by, and there are a variety of nearby restaurants.
The room was a nice size, and it was handy to have a microwave/fridge. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff are very nice. I have stayed here before and would do so again.

Parksville hotel

Posted Jul 21, 2014
I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was just Ok. Room hadn't been cleaned properly; no toilet paper, cups, coffee. We were moved to another room for one night; eventually we got to stay in that room. The staff were friendly, but their English was limited. Carpets were stained. A disappointing stay for $160 a night!
