"Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The openness and how large is the living room is one of the greatest feature of the house. Each bedroom was large enough to accommodate us. We have stayed there because my daughter was getting married in Houston. "The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay."

During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. "James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out"

"Property is conveniently located and easy to find. Beds where comfortable and furnishings (including kitchen & linens) where more than adequate. Fenced in yard was great for the pets. Just watch the little ones, as they can squeeze through the wrought iron fence in spots. My only suggestion to owners is to update/repair some of the plumbing fixtures. Would definitely stay here again."

"I had great communication with the owner and check-in was a breeze. We were a group of 7 on a guys' golf trip for 3 nights. The house was conveniently close to the golf courses we were playing, Tour 18 and The Golf Club of Houston courses. We made a steak dinner one night and having the grill and patio was fantastic!
