This updated 1,000-square-foot ground-floor condo in a six-condo building is ideally located so you can easily enjoy the best that Newport Beach seaside living offers. This is a tremendous vacation home if you want things to be 'upscale casual' and still have lots of fun. Also ideal if several groups want to vacation together yet have their own private space.

A small private oceanfront balcony has a propane barbecue and a table with two high-top chairs for outside dining. Grassy Balboa Park, the sand, and the water are right in front, so you always have a front-row seat to relax and recharge amidst the beauty here.

This condo is just a block from the edge of Balboa Village, full of shops, restaurants, bars, and all manner of activities you can choose - on land or sea. Also, since there are three other condos, you can rent additional ones if you wish to travel and vacation with others.

There is a spacious great room with a TV, lots of comfortable seating, and slider access to the beachfront patio. A modern kitchen with new Samsung stainless steel appliances has everything you need to create meals and snacks for all - just add the food and have fun. There is an inside marble dining table next to the kitchen bar, which also has a few stools so everyone can eat together inside.

There are two bedrooms; the front bedroom with a beautiful outdoor view has a TV and a full en suite bath. The second bedroom shares a full hallway bath and also has a TV. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with an abundant supply of premier linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction nearby until mid-June 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10% for all booking stays between now and mid-June 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amazing location but updates are needed
We loved the location. The layout of the unit was good and the kitchen was nice. Sofa was large and comfortable. The patio was spacious. The assigned parking spot is covered and very convenient. Room for improvement: the dining room chairs are falling apart as well as half of the patio furniture. There's was 3 of us and really only two chairs that were comfortable. With such a spacious patio two lounge chairs would have been great. Take note - there is no blender.

Local Contact Needed - Vacasa Customer Service is AWFUL
Property itself was great and met all of our expectations. However, it took us over an hour to access the unit once we arrived due to the AWFUL customer service experience with Vacasa. The door codes we were given as part of our automated check-in instructions did not work. It was BRUTAL trying to troubleshoot with Vacasa. It took a full hour to get someone live on the phone that could actually help us resolve issue. Not acceptable and will make me reluctant to book through Vacasa again. Property, cleanliness and location were all great.

My family love Newport beach
My family loves to stay in Newport Beach. I was surprised when we arrived. I saw a review about the construction. I thought it was a house close to here. But it covered all the half sea views in front of the house. In the morning, there was a construction noise. And the interior of the house was so dark and old. The curtains and the couch were all dark gray and the table chairs were so worn out that there were a lot of peeling off. And what baffled me was that the washing machine was outside in the parking space and it was really inconvenient to put coins in. We never used it because we didn't have coins. But the bedclothes were fortunately clean. We were disappointed but we tried our best to enjoy the vacation.

Nice location
The location and setting is amazing! Love Newport Beach and walking to the pier. The house was well laid out and equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Only things needing improvement: 1. The patio was really dirty! Found a hand broom and cleaned it up, but would be good to supply guests with a broom and dust pan at a minimum to make it a little easier to clean. 2. The furniture needs updating. Invest in a cheap but comfortable outdoor sofa, and some better dining room chairs. People come to a nice beach Condo with hopes that it will be relaxing and comfortable, so just a little updating would go along way to help people really enjoy that beautiful place! Great location, fun time
The Home is well equipped with kitchen needs and the grassy area out front is really vibrant and fun. The people watching along the boardwalk is great and we did not find it loud or intrusive. There is a new construction building that was noisy during our stay and may block future views. Also, planes fly right overhead so there is noise from that as well. there is a Mexican restaurant about 4 doors down that was really fun and easy to go to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location but not clean
The location of this property is great, and will be improved when nearby construction is complete. However, the kitchen was gross with greasy counters and dirty glassware. Overall, it lacked basic upkeep with screws missing in cover plates to switches and peeling paint. One of the most ridiculous things was the way that the TV in the single bed room is hung blocks the closet from closing unless you swivel it towards the hallway.

Beach Trip
The location was fantastic. However, upon arriving with family after a long day of travel from Maryland we arrived to the house tired and with a car full of groceries. The code on the door did not work. We called Vacasa and were told that a property manager would call within 15 minutes to help us. 30 minutes later I called back and was told there was nothing else they could do and we would just have to wait. I had to run the car AC at full blast to try and keep the dairy products and meat cool. An hour after my initial call I was contacted and we finally were given a functioning code. The residence was a little dirty but otherwise the location was good.
