A three-star hotel that treats you like a 5. Pool is solid, not very deep but great for wading and hanging out. Sauna is excellent, just make sure to be cautious of wearing metal jewelry in it, as my partner found their hoop earrings were getting uncomfortably hot from the sauna. Breakfast was solid, we had sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches, and there was also cereal, juice, and coffee. Room service would knock at great times, not too persistent, just enough where you have them when you need them. You can also dial them from the phone in your room. The best location for Clifton Hill based trips, and the walk from hotel to the casino feels like 5 minutes if you take the scenic route along the falls. Highly recommend.

Great Location! Walking distance to everything! If travelling with children under 5 bring buggy! We rented a 2queen room. Only downfall was no mini fridge but we were Happy with our stay.

We waited 15 minutes for someone at the desk to check in. There’s never anyone there, it was the same checking out. The pool is right smack in the middle of the Inn (the lobby, the sitting area for breakfast) and all the rooms are facing the pool/breakfast area, so anyone can look from up top there room and just watch you, it was an invasion of privacy.

The walls are incredibly thin. We were woken up by people screaming in the hallways at 4 in the morning BOTH nights we were there. The breakfast has LIMITED food selection and they turn the juice “bar” off right at 10 when the breakfast is done. Just coffee is left. Nothing else. The jacuzzi tub took 25 minutes to fill up and we barely had any jets. The water pressure was terrible! I would shower and halfway through the shower the water would suddenly turn freezing cold and then a few minutes later would turn so scolding hot it left red marks on my skin. Dirty tied garbages sat in the hallway for BOTH nights we were there and we actually had to walk AROUND them. The heater didn’t heat. Nor cool either. The condition between the windows was so bad we could barely see out of them. And the water damage on the roof had the roof paint chipping. Overall, the only good thing about this hotel was the cool open concept area in the front and the location to Clifton Hill.

I feel the property falsely represented amenities. It seemed that it came with a mini-fridge and a safe in the room. They did not. Those were items that had to be requested and payed for separately. The main dining area was nice and clean but the hallways and our room was not so great. There was garbage behind the dresser when we tried to plug in our phones. The bedspread was dirty (had a streak of what looked like blood on it). The jet tub when we filled it had a layer of crud floating on the water. There were loud people down in the lobby area which was within earshot of every room in the hotel due to the balcony doors in everyone's room that opened up to that area. Both nights I called the front desk after midnight and requested that they handle the situation. They acted like they were on top of it, however, we watched out said balcony glass door and no one ever went to speak to them. I would not go back or recommend this location to anyone I actually liked. As a final comment I would like to say that the daytime people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful in general. However, since they charge a $200 security deposit I didn't feel like I could complain about all the things we had trouble with because I worried I wouldn't get it back.

the room was very nice size, but the TV had very limited channels and no access to Niagara Falls US or Buffalo stations. There was no access to any US news channels so it felt like being in a 3rd world. Also, there was a hockey tournament and a number of the players families were staying there, so there were young boys running around at times making noise in the hallways.

When we first got into the room it had an awful musty smell. We turned the air conditioning on and left to go walk around but when we returned at 830 the smell was still there. We literally had to sleep with our shirts over are faces. I woke up with such a horrible soar throat. This may be the last time we frequent here. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and never was it like that. I really regret not mentioning it when we were there and perhaps moving rooms.

Really old. Even the mattress spring was broken. Carpet has warping and really old. Water damage on bathroom doors. Seems like no investment made to upgrade the facilities, equipment and furniture in this hotel in last 30 years!

The property is old but clean and quiet. A bit too warm, but they have AC in the rooms so that is fine. The staff are very friendly and talk to everyone. It was a great night.
