The room was quite large and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Newly renovated with large tiled flooring. I'll definitely be back to stay as the price was great and parking was included. Hard to find with parking included being this close to the falls.

We had to walk two floors to get a coffee.no closet to hang your coat.shelf hanging off the wall.only one hand towel.very poor TV.. fridge wasn, turned on . And there was two of us but we were charged 10 dollars for a guest and the room was certainly over priced would not go back there

While this is not a luxury hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great, right near a bus stop and close enough to Clifton Hill that we walked there. The staff were efficient and friendly, even providing free eclipse glasses on Monday. Overall, it was a great value for the price.

The rooms and the check in has been newly remodeled the halls have not. The beds were a little hard and they didn't have a coffee pot in the room. Honestly for the money you can't beat it and the staff were excellent. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to family and friends.

The price is based on 1 guest only (not double occupancy) and they charge $10 for every extra person. It seems like it was pretty run down before, but they did do a lot of renovations/updates. The hallway and room floor was bathroom tiles that were really cold and slippery. Large sized room with a small table and chairs, shared nightstand. The old outdated heater was hard to figure out to not blow cold air. The queen beds were the kind where when you sit down you instantly sink 6 inches. There was no real blanket; Only a sheet and a thin quilted bedding topper, so I was cold at night. The TV worked, but some channels were pixelated.

Great value.Recently renovated and clean.I like that it had free parking and coffee and walking distance to casino restaurants and Clifton Hill.Also couple of microwaves and ice machine.Could use a hair dryer though.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. The room was very hot and smelled bad. There were no extra pillows and no blanket. The fridge knob was broken. Although they came and adjusted it.

We did not receive the room we had booked, the floors were disgusting there was trash under the beds, the AC did not work, the bathroom had hair in it. The mattress itself had what appeared to be blood stains on it. We mentioned this to management and they refused to give a refund or anything. I highly recommend choosing somewhere else to stay. So sad that this ruined our trip

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious and newly renovated. Free coffee was provided each morning, and the microwaves and ice machine were nice additions to the hotel. Staff were also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We like it so much coz the room was very clean and so with the toilet. All staff were very friendly. It was very accessible to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill.

Room was very clean and updated. The new bed was the bonus for sure!! Wil stay here again and would recommend staying at this location. Its a very simple room for a great price.

I don't write reviews but with this one a had to. You pay for what you get, but with low prices you still expect the basic.
First the door lock was terrible, i gave it a push and it opened. the room had not been decorated in years stains up the wall holes and dents. tv socket hanging of the wall. No coffee facilities. And there was an annoying hissing sound from the bathroom. When i reported this i told them i had not slept for 2 days, they said they would send someone out. Arrived back 6 hours later they said it had been fixed but no so they called them out again. They told me the toilet needed new parts so if it started again i had to strip the top of the toilet off and turn a nob. so i had to sort the problem myself. i just gave up. With a lick of paint and a bit of care could be a really nice place.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent price. Our room had no curtains on the window but did have a blind but it let light into the room all night and in the morning.
