The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and bright, beds were comfortable. No fridge in room. Ice maker and a microwave down the hall. Close to all attractions and restaurants. 5 minute walk to incline railway down to falls. Good value for a cheaper priced hotel. We will stay again.

No elevator, some bugs on the room, weird smell, expensive start quote and beverage machine won't grab dollars.

The staff was helpful, but be aware you are not able to control the temperature in your room. The temperature is controlled by the front desk and it was either too hot or too cold. The front desk had to run the heat as well as the A/C to make it comfortable.

Hello, I’m afraid that this is incorrect. All guest have control on how they like their room. The only thing we can do is shut off the a/c and heater off. We would have to leave front desk completely. My front desk agents is aware of this.
Excellent value for the low price! Walk or bus everywhere very quickly. Loved the location.

The staff were very helpful as my Expedia reservation did not go through. Colin was thorough and texted me that everything is taken care and let the day shift and manager be aware of the situation. When we arrived our room was ready. We asked for extra blankets, not a problem. Very polite and accomodating.
Housekeeping girls were very friendly.
If you are on a budget and dont mind fancy. The price and location is great. Great smiles all around. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

I was very pleased that it was a shot walking distance to the falls but was not happy about having to pay for parking additionally from the fee of staying at Rodeway Inn.

Nothing specifically was overly "bad" pretty standard for a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Carpets were a bit rough - outlets need some serious updates.

Convenient location near the falls and the fact that you can park your car right at your room door also, a delightful pizzeria nearby however, fell short in terms of value. Though efforts were made to keep it clean, the property's condition didn't quite justify its price.

Towels were blood stained so I was afraid to use them. Employees werent on the same page and gave me conflicting information regarding my $200 deposit. Instructions were confusing in terms of what area we can park.

Hello Phillip, I find it extremely odd that we would have stained "Blood" towels. We take cleanliness very serious. and would NEVER leave stained sheets/towels in the room. Regards the deposit, Everyone is on the same with it. We even send the deposit information apart of your confirmation email that way there is no confusion for when you arrive at the hotel. ALL staff are trained to say in diffferent ways to make sure it matched your bank statement. (Every bank is different when it comes down to pre-auths/holds. ) If you have anything else, that you want to discuss please contact the hotel. We will be happy to help.

The property is maintained very clean. However, the mattresses on the bed are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible (old and flat) and the towels were thin and not very soft. We also had two queen size beds at our room, but there ans only one face cloth.
There is also no restaurant attached to the property although there is a pizza place close by and is not far from other hotels. Very average hotel.

The Rodeway was perfect for my needs. I was in the Falls to see a show at the OLG Stage. I live in Barrie and had no intention of driving home.
I wanted a place to stay that was not expensive and was within walking distance of the venue.
All of my expectations were met and the service from Ashwin (sp) and Kevin was terrific. They were both very accommodating.
I would not hesitate to stay there again. Well done, boys!

Hello,We looked into this issue. Someone burnt something in microwave and tried to hide it. We did do a very thorough clean for a few days. and can no longer smell it.Thank you for bringing it to our attention
My 1st image at reception area was very poor. The sofa was ripped, having spots. I the room the toilet paper was very very cheap quality & by touching it stick to your hand and instead of cleaning it will make you more dirty. No drinking water was supplied. The access card was also not programmed properly , some times it works & some time NO.

Thank you for bring this to our attention.We took a look into this. The sofa in the lobby will be getting replaced. the toilet paper is a fair. but we did upgrade it. We do have a vending machine that has water in it. The room keys do work. they do have a magnetic strip. So If you have your phone near it, it will deactivate. This was explained to you.
