"Pros: spacious room, excellent hotel staff Cons: food is terrible. We ordered steaks for dinner and it was the toughest pieces of meat we had in our lives. For breakfast, it took 20 min to sit us ( there was no receptionist…); table linens were stained, we opted for breakfast buffet, and the “ limited choice” would be a compliment, not a single piece of cheese or vegetables, few very sad looking pastries. "

"Great location and excellent value a short distance from Niagara on the lake. Lovely people and a really good breakfast. Only challenge was the email with entry code came through 24 hrs later but was probably my internet provider. Door was opened and see were welcomed on arrival. "
