“Excellent value - much better hotel than expected”

I was quite pleased to have a very satisfactory experience at this hotel. The gentleman who manned the desk at night and again at the morning was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were clean and comfortable, with, unusually for Britain, sufficient pillows! The bathroom was also neat and surprisingly up to date by 3-star british standards. By 3-star british standards, this hotel rates a surprising 5/5 in my book, and even the breakast was decent. We are very satisfied with are stay and would stay again.
