“Fabulous Hotel & Location”

Hotel was better than our expectations. Very clean room, larger than average room size, great patio and the best view of Waikiki Beach. Surfboard rental shop just behind the hotel made this venue convenient for water sports. We plan to return as soon as possible.

“Impressed”

This hotel is great for family and singles alike. its location is just a few blocks from the mall and downtown but right on the strip. Across the street is the beach with breathtaking views of Diamond Head. Valet and self valet parking just a few yards across the street in a parking gargage with easy distance of the hotel. Overall i would come back to this hotel for its location, amenities, and decor.

“First time stay, was not disappointed”

This was my first time visiting Hawaii, I was more than pleased with the hotel and surranding area. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location right across form the Ocean, I had a great room Ocean view and enjoyed early morings and late eveings sitting on the tarrace watching the Ocean and the surfers in the water. The room and bath was extreamly clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. The hotel is so beautiful with a wonderful lower shopping level. The Lobby area has amazing waterfalls from the second level down to the lower, makes for great pictures. I would stay here again.

“Beautiful hotel in a great location”

You will love staying here. The hotel is well maintained and the location just can't be beat. Everyone I interacted with was top notch and knowledgeable. Simply love this place.

“Money Well Spent”

My Husband and I spent our 10 day honeymoon at this hotel. The rooms were very nicely decorated, a good size and the staff were kind. Maid service didn't happen until late in the day and on a few occasion they seemed to forget about our room which was frustrating at times when you have no towels left. We had to be switched from our 18th floor room because something was wrong with the air-conditioning and the floor was wet. They moved us promptly but to a 4th floor room which got a lot more street noise. With our stay we got a buffet breakfast. It was the BEST breakfast a person could want. Lots of fresh fruit, a wide selection of items, and everything was fresh and tasty. The beach is right across the street, which is protected by the break water which allows for good swimming conditions. It is close to shops and has lots on its own main floor. It was a very modern feeling hotel in comparison with others. We got a great deal so we couldn't complain. They also are a pickup spot for most tours so you don't need to try and find another hotel to get picked up at. We had a great stay overall and would gladly use this hotel again.

“Just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach”

This was our first trip to Hawaii and of course we wanted to stay on Waikiki. The Hyatt was great, however it was like being on the Las Vegas strip without a casino but a benefit of the ocean. The place was jumping with people. Had we known that APEC was starting the last couple of days that we were there I would of changed our travel dates to one week earlier or later.
