Noise and heat insulationPosted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: Rooms and motel spotless, staff helpful, beds comfortable, bathroom works well.
Cons: Noise and heat insulation. May help to put carpet or similar on concrete outside rooms to deaden excessive noise.
Location: Good location convenient to freeway, restaurants and shopping.
Only problems with motel are structural. Noise insulation is non-existent so hear every footstep and voice outside. On the other hand, room becomes stiflingly hot at night and airconditioner required even when outside temperature is 12 degrees.

Disgusting ShowerPosted Jan 17, 2015 on Hotels.com
The shower in the hotel was dirty. They has done a wipe over, but it needed a really good clean about the edges and good does of domestos. I complained to the reception, and she advised I just step over the the black dirt. There was also mark on the side of the bench in the room about the size of a 50 cent piece- I have no ideas what that was, I just know that it came off with a bit of rub. The room smelt of heavy air freshener chemicals, the reception and restaurant smelt of stale asian foo and the pillows had seen better days, and there was only one pillow each. It was disgusting. Could not get out fast enough.

Pros: Can't think of anything
Cons: Had requested a cot when booking. Cot was very poor with no mattress. Reception argues that they did not have enough notice to supply a cot.
Location: Poor views, Uninspiring
Facilities: Shabby, Run-down; Service: Inferior; Cleanliness: Lacking, musty; Very hard to find at night because of overhanging trees obstructing sign and no lighting.

Pros: Location near family and Chadstone Shopping Centre
Cons: The room was stuffy and old tired looking
Location: Just right
Facilities: Nothing special, Ordinary; Value: Could be better; Service: Basic, Sufficient, Polite; Cleanliness: Spick and span; Room interiors could do with an update, having a brick wall as a bedhead ... ouch
