"I had a 2 night business trip so cost was important. The cost was within my allocated budget. The room was well kitted out. Kettle, fridge, ironing facilities, coffee,tea, table to work at, comfortable bed and a tv. Even had a clock alarm at side of bed and a hairdryer. Towels aplenty and a wonderful high pressure shower. I am sure I have not included everything but would highly recomend this guest house to anyone in oban for a short stay."

Yes, others have mentioned the baths are small, but how much time do you really spend in the bathroom? It is about a 1/2 mile to the waterfront. There is plenty of private parking if you have a car."
