"Fantastic stay at this property! Overall room quality, condition and design was above our expectations. The location itself was incredibly convenient, about a 2 minute walk (1 minute if you run; 3 minutes if you have a lot of luggage) from a public parking lot across from the hotel. It’s also cheap at 300 CZK per 24 hour period. Highly recommend this property to families as it is well stocked with most household items a family would need, and the location is safe and close to grocery stores. "

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"

The property is in close proximity to the town square and is convenient for walking to cafes, restaurants, gift shops, grocery store, pharmacy... The home is quite vast!!! "Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Nach dem freundlichen Empfang gab es eine kleine Vorstellung der Villa Frieda, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Lage mitten im Wald war schon ein Erlebnis für unseren 8 jährigen Enkel ( Stadtkind ), Das Haus ist soooo gemütlich liegt zudem zentral zwischen Vogtland und Erzgebirge, es gab daher Ausflüge nach Marienberg / Erlebnisbad und Scharfenstein aber auch Bad-Elster und Morgeröthe-Rautenkranz ( Raumfahrtausstellung ) 10 Tage pure Erholung , großer Dank an die Vermieter."

"het verblijf was best oke . de plek was helemaal super! je bent zo op de piste en is goed aan te rijden. het huis zelf was erg gebrekkig, zo waren er best wat dingen die defect waren, kapotte vloer tegels, stopcontacten, slechte matrassen, douches waar je niet in kan staan. voor de rest staat er dat het huis en 2017 compleet gerenoveerd is maar dit is weer nodig . voor de rest is het huis zelf perfect voor gezinnen om te verblijven. wij hebben het erg leuk en gezellig gehad."

"Netter Empfang, schönes Haus abseits des Trubels, funktionale Ausstattung in allen Wohneinheiten gegeben. Einzig die sehr "ausgelatschte" lackierte Treppe mit überhöhter Rutschgefahr, sollte für Gäste mit Bewegungseinschränkungen überdacht werden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man für ein Ferienhaus mit dieser Personenanzahl benötigt. Danke dem Housekeeping, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns noch einen Holzkohlegrill aus dem Nebengelass organisiert und Holz für die Feuerschale präpariert....

"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....
