All good except automatic checkinPosted May 20, 2015
Cons: phone access made available or directions to it in case a person doesn't have a working cell
I stay here often and the location is excellent. In the off season there is automated checkin and if you don't have a phone handy that works if they've made a mistake you are up the creek.

Not enough bang for your buckPosted May 11, 2015
We booked this hotel due to limited options in the area. Price seemed high due to people needing accommidation in the area not having a lot of options, not because it is a nice hotel (even the newer side). We had no hot water when we arrived Friday night until the end of Saturday. For over $100 a night, I would hope a hot shower would be included.

between Penticton and SummerlandPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: comfortable and I have family in summerland and penticton so it's in the middle which is nice
Location: I brought my dog and there was a trail for off leash and a designated part of the beach for them to play almost across the street so that was so nice
staff very friendly and place clean, pet friendly so it was nice to be able to bring my dog. It was off season so pool not ready to go and the breakfast was not running but usually they have continental breakfast so that is nice too. A small gym but has everything you need.

This hotel is right off the highwayPosted Feb 12, 2015
Pros: Close to highway, beautiful stone house restaurant having a wine & done night that evening, beautiful drive both directions of the Okanagan valley
Cons: Turn off into the hotel lot could be marked better
Location: Excellent close to lake and beach, towns along the valley with interesting little shops
We decided to book this hotel over afternoon coffee break while travelling and got $20.00 off for doing so on a mobile item!

Very Cute HotelPosted Dec 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Conveniently off the highway...though we couldn't hear the highway from our room. A bit too far from the city core, but it would be a great option if you plan on spending a lot of time in Penticton as well as Summerland. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, but my husband was happy with it. It was bitter cold out when we stayed, the heater in the room was a champion, we were quite toasty. :) I LOVED the Kurig machine in my room too btw!

Good pet friendly, big room on main floorPosted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Cute from the outside and big room. Well looked after.
Cons: There was no sidewalk to walk to the corner and I couldn't see a way to get across the highway on foot.
pretty quiet for being beside the highway and trucks driving through all night. Room was nice and big and nice area for being able to walk the dog around.
