The staff was great, located near the station, and post office. Very easy to get around and a great home base for western Japan. For help for those have not been in the area, from Shinkansen, follow the sign to Midosuji lines. you would be using exit 6 to get closest to the hotel

Had a hard time looking for it when I reached Shin Osaka. After the figuring it out, it is actually very near if you know which exit to go to. Good facilities & services for solo traveller.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to Shin-Osaka train station, and the metro station was even closer. There is a Family Mart convenience store just around the corner, as well as a restaurant at the corner of the building. The hotel was in a safe area, and I did not feel unsafe at all walking from the train/metro station to the hotel at night. I love that there is a water station on each floor. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There is also a laundry room (2 machines, each machine is a combo washer dryer), but the dryer part of it wasn't as great as a standalone dryer machine would have been. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great location. 3-5mins walk to JR Shin-Osaka station,1min walk to subway(shin-osaka station). Friendly and helpful staffs. 2conveneint stores nearby. Only one issue I don’t like is bed size was quite small for 2person.

A nice little hotel next to the station, need to walk over a bit from the station, a challenge if you carry large luggages. Otherwise, it’s clean, newly renovated and with a convenience store right next to it.

1 week Osaka visit, hotel used as a base for trave
This hotels location is second to none! Super convenient. From Shin-Osaka Station use the central exit about 7 minute walk, from the Subway Midosuji Line exit #7 2 minute walk. Just down the street, 3 blocks away many eateries, supermarket etc... Within minutes from the hotel Family Mart and 711. The rooms by American standards is a bit tight. Let's say it's kind of like a cruiseship room size. This hotel is a great value, if you want a bigger room then go to a 5 star hotel and pay $500.00 upward per night. We opted for breakfast included. While the food was great, they only offer 2 options for breakfast. We stayed for a week, next time we won't get the breakfast. Back to the room, good quality bathroom products. The wash cloth was too small so we bought one from 711, no problem. The bathtub is deep, was nice to soak after a long day if touring. The hotel has all in one washer and dryer, 500 yen 2 hours to wash and dry. No need laundry soap it's included. Hotel gives you two bottles of water everyday, nice touch. The only thing missing, no in room safe. Hotel has a high tech toilet too, vending machines, etc..Overall, we have no complaints and reccomend this property, it is so convenient.
