some guests might don't need to change towel everyday, so it's good to have a tag that can hang on the door handle for telling the staff that we don't need to change towel for that day

Property offer public bath and dry sauna as part of the stay. Room was large and comfortable. Wish there are more tv channels to choose from. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Would definitely recommend.

Checking is 24/7, there’s two machines for this (you can use same for check out), it accepts cash and major credit cards. I read some where reception was open till midnight only which is wrong. I was concerned as my flight arrived late to Tokyo then had to travel to Osaka. The buffet breakfast is excellent, rooms are modern and clean. 20 min walking to/from JR Osaka station. I’d recommend this place and stay again if return.

施設自体は基本清潔感もあり、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、大浴場のロッカー上は埃がたくさん溜まってました。荷物仮置きしたら上から埃が落ちてきます笑 たまにで良いから清掃した方がいいと思う。 また、ホテル自体は悪くは無いのですが、 海外からの観光客たちが、大浴場にグループで入浴していたのですが、大声で浴室内も脱衣所でも会話しているので全然休まらない。シャワーブースにもタオルや道具を置いて占領したりしてるので、風呂場に大勢いたら、だまってドラッグストアやローソンで入浴剤を買って室内のお風呂に入った方が良いと思います。 また豪快にシャワーを浴びてそのお湯が風呂内に降っているので、あまり気分の良いものでは無かったです。汚いと思ってすぐに出ちゃいました。 大浴場の混雑状態がテレビから分からなかったので、行ってみないと判断できません。 中之島にある美術館に近いホテルなので、とても観光には便利です。ローソンも併設されているので飲み物や食事の調達も簡単です。

ホテルの前に外国人旅行者が捨てたと思われるゴミや、大量のタバコの吸い殻がそのままになっているのがとても不快でした。朝食会場のカフェが利用者数に比べて小さ過ぎて、行列ができていて時間がなくて食べられなかった。今後もう利用する気持ちにはなれない。
