"Great location on Padre island and is close to public beach access. We only used one bedroom and chose this home for the outdoor space/pool and water view. It has an attentive property manager/owner, and it was a clean and comfortable house to stay in for a long weekend. We would go back and recommend booking a vacation there."

"The house was great, clean, well stocked (with the exception of dishwasher soap, could have used a bit more), so close to the beach and decorated well and with a beach vibe. My friends and husband celebrated my 50th birthday last weekend and we loved our trip so much! The hot tub wasn't working when we got there, but, was resolved the next day. Communication with the rental property was fast and easy. Def recommend this house and all it had to offer. Thank you!"

"The property was everything as described online. Condo was clean and reasonably well anointed with cooking utensils. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected but very doable. The wifi connection in the condo was spotty at times and the tv connection in the master bedroom was mostly unususable. The immediate area was very quiet and relaxing. Sitting on the upper deck in the rear of the a condo with a slight view of the gulf was very peaceful. All in all a great first trip to get away...

"We really liked this property with the exception of the amenities. Pictures showed a grill. Grill was there but not useable. When I asked about it the response asked if it was listed as an an amenitie. No but there is a picture. No intention of making that right. Pots and pans are really crappy. We absolutely loved the pool. Kids had a great time. I would rent it again because of the pool"

"We had a bachelor party setup for a group of guys that initially involved an overnight camping trip on tuesday/wedensday, followed by a stay at this house on wednesday/thursday. "We had a large family gathering for a wedding. This place offered a convenient location and a ton of room for everyone. Be careful with the Murphy bed, the little stand slips on the floor. It fell down twice because of slipping. The only complaint I have is the high cleaning fee. I didn’t expect to be asked to wash, dry, and put away dishes, strip all beds and start laundry, and take out the trash with such a high fee."

"This house was perfect for our family spring break. Every family had their own bedroom, which was large enough to accommodate pack and plays and extra space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill daily, ate at the large dining room table, enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pool was fabulous! You don’t even need to pack your beach towels! Kary was always available for questions and willing to handle any problems. We have stayed at SPI and this is our favorite house so far!...

"This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again."
