Wolf Creek skiing is only 20 minutes away and the San Juan River is less than 10 minutes from your door step. Property abuts the San Juan National forest so step out the back door and enjoy - or venture to the local kiddie pond and try your luck at fishing. After your outdoor adventures, there is plenty of room to spread out with 3 floors and 2300 sqft of living space. Play a board game or sharpen your ping pong and foosball skills. Great place!
We stayed here for two nights with 4 couples and two pups and were very comfortable. The cabin is rustic but clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware for cooking, the living room is comfy and has a nice fireplace, and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. The host is easy to communicate with and is a very nice guy. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Very rustic cabin. Great location, away from town but still a short drive. Perfect if you also want to drive to Creed and South Fork. We were there in summer, but would also be great for winter and Wolf Creek. Owner was great.

We had a great stay in San Juan village. Shawn was a great host and answered all our questions. We had a great stay in Pagosa. Treasure Falls is just up the road. Don’t miss it. Also did some hiking in the Forrest behind the property. Loved floating the river in town!
