Walls of glass seamlessly transition the stylish indoors to the sunny outdoors, where you can lounge in the plentiful desert sunshine, spread out on the lush green lawn, or take a refreshing dip in the private, clam-shaped swimming pool. In the afternoons and evenings, you can light the gas grill, sit down for an al fresco dinner, and watch the sun illuminate the desert sky with color.

WHAT'S NEARBY
This home is located in Sunmor, a sunny neighborhood of Palm Springs with fantastic access to both downtown (just over a mile west) and Palm Springs International Airport (one mile east). Walk or ride your bike to explore Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip downtown that's lined with fantastic restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and theaters, or hop in the car for a quick drive to one of the incredible golf courses nearby. If you're looking to explore the natural beauties of the desert, be sure to visit Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest), Indian Canyons (six miles south), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (eight miles west).

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Nice Get Away
Loved the house. Had everything you could ever need and then some. Close to town for restaurants and shopping. Pool was great, yard and pool are were private and enjoyable. One ac unit over the kitchen area never came on, the other was locked at 76. A little warm for our taste so we bought some fans at Target since it was about 100 every day. There were some small fans at the house. Airport is close so planes take off after 6 AM. Not really an issue but there were ear plugs there so it may bother some people. We really enjoyed staying here.

This is a great property. We had everything we needed and more. The location is on a busy street but traffic noise was never an issue. Our one complaint was that they locked the thermostat at 76 degrees, realistically it needed to be a couple of degrees cooler for us to really stay comfortable indoors.

We had a great time at this very clean property. The property was setup perfectly and had everything we needed. The management team checked us in remotely and was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great hassle/stress free weekend with family. Will look for this place again.

Just a few quirks. Unannounced visits from house maintenance person to work inside the house, pest control guy came way early in the morning and a 2 hour visit from the gardener. A little annoying. Property is located on a somewhat busy street. Outside of that, overall, a nice place to stay. Really enjoyed the pool.
