"Home was a great location for getting downtown for volleyball tournament. Only $10-$12 Uber. Bishop art district 10 minutes away for the foodies. Very spacious with way more room than a hotel. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was nice to cook breakfast and relax in the morning. Older home with lots of character and great wooden floors. Host were very nice and responsive"

"Such a great little gem. We stayed for our kids events but the house was perfect, better than I could have ever expected. Fully renovated, the neighborhood was SILENT! I really couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. It was just great. I would definitely stay here again! They also had coffee with everything needed for a great morning!"

"Beautiful home with lots of stairs. Rooftop is great and relaxing! Listing is inaccurate, there is no Hot Tub and you have to ask for soaps and towels as they are not there upon arrival."

"Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner...

"This rental was exactly what we needed for our visit to the Dallas area. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and even made sure we had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the back yard! The house is located close to main roads making the drive into Dallas no problem. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area."
