I picked this place because in the profile of the house it said it was extra clean and just remodeled so I thought that's what I was getting not so. Not very clean and look like it hadn't been touched up. Cleaned since the last person kitchen wasn't clean. Bathrooms was not clean. Rugs are dirty. Floor was cracking and lifting to where you will trip as you walking through the house multiple places throughout the house. The master room shower will slowly drain and I mean slowly The plumbing is not great when it comes down to the shower. The master room bed it's about an foot from the floor. Sorry to say it was misleading and when I addressed Rose with that information about the house she told me that they were trying to get the floors fixed but haven't been able to get a contractor I not understanding why would you book someone in your house when it's unfinished. So why would your profile says that you have a extra clean house and remodeled from head to toe. on the other hand, it could become a nice house if they could live up to what they say they have. It's big and spacious. Other than that I have no more to say. If I would have known all of what was going on with that house before I booked it I probably would not have. I didn't get that opportunity. I wasn't told all of that until I was on my way there and was giving the code to get in. So the information was withheld from me until then The day we arrived. Not a good stay for us

The property was missleading
I rented the property for 8 people and the bedrooms was not properly listed the master bedroom bathroom was not clean the door did not lock to the bedroom door. The light went out in the bedroom with the twin beds the other washroom door did not lock the floor in the kitchen was not properly laid right so we kept tripping over the floor. And lastly the plumbing was horrible I was there from Friday to a Monday and I did not take a hot shower at all it was a cool shower I will not rent from her at all never again

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The communication with the owner was top notch. Quick to reply. We were thankful to have plenty of space to spend out. Property was clean and just as listed. We would stay here again!

Home owner was very nice but Hoime isn’t 5bedrooins it’s 3 also it’s 2 bath
Home is very nice and well maintained but I didn’t care for how the house was misrepresented before arrival I didn’t have enough rooms for my guest an because it was last min I had no other choice but to stay. Make sure u plan accordingly kinda feel cheated but the owner is a nice woman an fixed couple other issues very quickly

Great little place! Prompt communication with the owner. She was very accommodating as well!
Overall everything was as listed and our host was the best. She made sure to keep us in the loop of all things going on with the property and was very quick to respond to any message. I'd recommend this place and I'd stay again!

I stayed for 2 days and really enjoyed my time here. This home is very comfortable and well-equipped and has everything you need, but there’s something really wonderful about the vibe of this place that’s very rare. A lot of it has to do with the incredibly gracious host Rosie. I’ve stayed at a lot of Vacation homes and this place is really great- Location, inside home was beautiful, quiet, and not too far from places.

Perfect space for any group
Me and a group of nine friends needed somewhere larger to stay for the Lights all night 2021 festival, this rental was perfect, plenty of room with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone and it's only a short drive to downtown Dallas from the rental. The host is very attentive and responds to messages quickly, she did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I'd definitely recommend renting this space to anyone.
