Hotel was clean. The staffs were so helpful. So close to major places. So close to metro. If I come back to Paris I will stay there again.

Great hotel, close enough for centre, quiet street

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Staff were great, room was beautiful, public spaces were spacious. Did not use the spa, but fluffy dressing gowns and slippers were provided for this,
Booked this hotel on an Expedia deal and was not disappointed. We went for the end of LeTour and were within walking distance of the Arch and Champs, just perfect.

Nice Location, Near everything.

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Location and décor.
Cons: Internet service
The internet service was unsatisfactory for an hotel of this level. I was promised a free internet but had to spend one hour trying to get it. I had to pay Euro 20 for an internet that hardly work.

Excellent Hotel

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: WiFi was excellent. We were given complimentary water.
Cons: The showers and sinks didn't drain well. The mattresses could be softer.
We stayed in a suite with our two teenagers. It was like a small apartment with two bathrooms. However, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to the metro.

Beautiful Hotel

Location: The location is very central and the metro is nearby but do visit nearby parks, shops and restaurants which are off the tourist trail and offer an au
From arrival to waving farewell we had a lovely time and intend to stay here again. We had a suite which meant plenty of space and the staff did everything they could to make our stay a pleasure. Don't miss the Spa - it's pricey but well worth it. .

Enjoyed our stay

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Stayed 3 nights from 12 to 15 July in an Executive Room along with my husband and 2 grown up sons. Entered with our luggage whilst front doormen watched on which was not a great start but received a warm welcome from the lady who checked us in. Mentioned it was my birthday and she said she would find us a nice room but we were not allocated an upgrade. The room was compact, well prepared and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay except that we had to keep asking for additional towels and cups despite having paid for a quad room. Housekeeping need to improve their communications on room occupancy. Despite these small gulches I have rated the hotel a 5 because we were so impressed with the executive lounge. Service was great and the quality of the breakfast and lunch was way beyond expectations. We noticed that beer and wine was available with lunch and an open bar from 6pm to 9pm. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant however we had a fantastic meal at the Restaurant Mariette near the Eiffel Tower and can also recommend Chez Gabrielle which is in walking distance. Both are small family run restaurants and offered great food at reasonable prices. We downloaded the Fork app which we found invaluable for reservations.

Great location professionally run.

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Please see above, overall, quite nice.
Cons: Some of the lobby furniture fabric need upgrading this is a five star facility. Which is why we chose it. But the lobby furniture has torn fabric.
Location: Could not be better, the subway was handy, cheap efficient.
Front desk staff - terrific. Sidewalk staff ( door luggage. Lobby- could have been more helpful. Not all customers are wealthy foreigners. We are not poor, but the staff seemed to favor the obviously wealthy. Customer service and guest accommodation staff - outstanding.

Very conveniently located

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Location(close to Champs Élysées, Arc de Triumph, place de la concorde, and many metro lines) food, staff's friendliness, hotel environment,
Cons: Sofa bed, awareness of number of guest
Location: Close to Champs Élysées, Arc de Triumph, place de la concorde, and many metro lines, and bus lines, great restaurants are close by
This hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is very good, the staff are very friendly. The only problem we encountered was the suite sofa bed was uncomfortable and we had to call downstairs for more towels to be brought up to us, as they did not remember there was four of us in that suite, if they had queen beds available it would be a plus, for there suite's second room,

The perfect choice

Posted Jul 7, 2014
When I first booked this hotel I wasn't sure the location was as convenient as some others but it was the right room configuration at a very good price. The hotel ended up being the perfect location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Élysées, and the major metro lines. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast buffet was included with the room and was especially good.
