"Communication with property owner was easy. The place was great inside and out. Plenty of options for outside cooking. We had a group of 14 guys. Most of us play disc golf. There was plenty of space outdoors to set up baskets and drive disc. The creek was a short hike away and had beautiful views. 10/10 would come back."

"This was a very pleasant property. It worked out well with our small dog, too. It was on Graham Avenue so had a fair amount of road traffic at times, but it was not bothersome. Had a glitch in the check-in process in that the info sent to us by VRBO was not up to date. Although not listed as an amenity, it did have internet access via wifi."

"The Kansas Cottage gave us easy access to both NE Kansas and NW Arkansas State Parks. We spent a day in each state. The Cottage is cozy. One thing to note is that the property info says King Bed, but it is a Queen Bed."

Upon arrival, realized the entry instructions wasn't sent. There wss no response from host using Vbro, texts were not responded to and voicemail was full. "The house was very nice, linens and towels good quality. Spacious and comfortable. Only issue was someone, maybe from next door, rather startled us one morning walking across the front porch between the houses and looking in windows. Guess maybe they thought we weren’t there as my husband had gone somewhere. Luckily I was already dressed. Two women and a couple of teens. Might not be a bad idea to put a railing around the porch to prevent. Other than that, all was good. Lake is very nice."

"My husband and I loved our stay at Arky’s Cabin. The setting is quiet and lovely with deer in the meadow and lovely flowers gracing the yard. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The decor was fun and really cool filled with old time memorabilia. There is even a record player! We loved the place and would definitely stay again."
