Tired of the over crowded city life? The "Coshanna Cabin" is a great place to come get some peace of mind in the Ozarks! We are a DOG FRIENDLY ONLY property. We DO NOT allow cats due to their desire to scratch furniture. Sorry for any inconveniences. Our fully loaded 1200 sf 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin sits on 1.80 acres tucked away in the Ozark Mountains!! We have a beautiful Westward facing deck to enjoy the evening sunsets. Flint Ridge Resort is a private gated community with 3 community pools, golf course and Restaurant, river access and float services are offered ON WEEKENDS ONLY (Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend). You will need to call and confirm that your dates will be available and make a reservation. Flint Ridge Security Office requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering. Guest MUST show guest passes each time entering through the security gate. There is a $200 tailgating fine you will be responsible for if you are issued a citation by the Security officers.

The property is DOG FRIENDLY ONLY and is an UNFENCED property. We DO NOT allow cats at the cabin due to their nature to scratch furniture, sorry for any inconveniences. Flint ridge is pet friendly but does have a leash law. We DO offer WIFI, but not cable. The TVs are smart TVs. We have lots of DVDs and they're a few local channel that the TV picks up. This is more of a place to come disconnect from all the stress of life.

IMPORTANT NOTICE We are a DOG FRIENDLY ONLY property. We DO NOT allow cats at the cabin. Sorry for any inconveniences. We have 3 surveillance cameras. One on each end of the house outside only. We do not live there. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. .

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! The house had everything we needed and the cabinets were even labeled so we never had to look for anything.The house was very private, spacious, and the amenities of the resort were awesome and well maintained.

Family golf

The cabin was wonderful! The space was relaxing and quiet. We loved the porch and space was just right for us. We were close to the golf course . The beds were so comfortable. We definately recommend this to anyone interested in staying in and around Illinois River. You are within driving distance in any direction to activities, shopping in Arkansas. We would love to stay again to enjoy the river.

Cozy and Calming

The cabin was cozy and just what we needed before school starts back AND to celebrate my sons 17th birthday! The property is gorgeous and being in a gated, secure community was an added bonus for me, as our family has been through some challenges recently. Perfect back porch

The convenience to the river resorts was great. We were frustrated that Apple Maps took us to the exit only gates of this community, once we found the entrance it was easy to find. The house was spotless, well kept and the back porch was perfect, but a blind or black out curtains in the bedrooms would have been nice.

Wonderful Cabin Getaway

This cabin is a great place for an intimate getaway. My wife and I, along with our two large dogs, had plenty of room but we did not feel as if we were in a big open hotel lobby like other larger rentals. We love Flint Ridge Resort and consider it one of the most beautiful hidden gems in the country. The hosts did a great job of communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed. It is important to know that there are no grocery stores nearby, which we already knew. So pack accordingly.We will definitely be back.

Great property in a very quiet location

We very much enjoyed our stay, excellent property in a very quiet neighborhood. The only major complaint is that we were required to enter the neighborhood at the security gate every time we came in and out which was most definitely not the most convenient gate to the property location, but that's not the owners fault it's obvious the HOA there has a very strong hold on its residents. That gate requires about a 3 mile drive to the property versus less than 1 mile for the gate that's closest to the property. Minor issue but overall we loved it and would absolutely stay again!

Natural Falls Vacay

Our first trip to this part of the state and our main goal was to visit Natural Falls state park and check out the Illinois river. This booking felt like home and the property owners were amazing to work with. It was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed. One night we all curled up in the living room and watched a movie....an entire movie...all of us! It was really nice having that family time.
