"Check-in was a little slow to arrive but friendly, efficient, and helpful once we got started. The room was very clean and spacious. Every interaction with staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate but limited. This was a good stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it. "

"The comforter on the bed had tennis ball size lumps throughout where the batting had failed. I asked for a different blanket that would be comfortable and was told all of the comforters on the property had lumped up like that when they were laundered. However, in a short while staff appeared at my door with a perfect soft comforter. Sad that Radisson would present the property in this way and hope no one would object. King size pillows on a king size bed would be nice. "

"Close to downtown Pella. Clean, comfortable. Small 32"flatscreen TV was a disappointment. Bathroom sink out in the open, across from the toilet and tub/shower enclosure."

"The process of pet friendly wasnt clear when we made the reservation. Apparently the room type we teserved did not allow pets. Instead of a King room, their pet room wss two queen. Not really an issue; just confusing."

"The room was very clean and quiet. Close to downtown. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Am breakfast was less than appealing, ate a a wonderful downtown cafe instead."
