"Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping. "

"The hotel is very outdated & needs a refurb, the fixtures in the bathrooms & also in the communal areas look rather old. the property & amenities including coffee shop, bars, pools etc look tired, dull & boring. This should be rated as a three rather than five star. There was a party on the communal area which was very loud, which is not what I signed up for when I booked a weekend away. The food was average."

"Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, has to be one of the better hotels in Kovalam beach. We are actually staying here in a March and accidentally booked the wrong date, but the hotel let us change the booking free of charge even though we had a non refundable/changeable reservation. This shows what kind of a great hotel and staff this is. Definitely I recommend this hotel."
