We couldn’t use washroom as it’s suppose to be because of sink was at the dinner washroom doesn’t have sink to brush teeth. We had hard time to use drinking water there was no supply for that. Instead of balcony if you would have sink and washroom little bigger it would have help us lot. Washroom was so small no space to turn and wear clothes. We had to ask everyone to leave room to dress up and every time we open tab for water everybody wake-up. Thank you so many towels.

Property, amenities, facilities, area were excellent. For the most part,we enjoyed our short stay in beautiful surroundings. We did not enjoy the 10am checkout. Due to our late arrival we felt rushed in the morning versus relaxed. Check out at minimum should be 11am. We also did not appreciate staff knocking on the door & abruptly telling us to leave by 10.

The worse experience I ve ever had.
We couldn't even get into that hotel. They charged me and I was driving more than 1000 km to get there. I got there 8.20 pm, noone was there, no key or room number and noone to answer my calls. Other guests also were there, they told us they received and email regarding room number and code to keybox. We didn't receive such an email. Other guests told us that when they came after 3 pm also noone was there and they had issue to contact with the office as well. They got all the info after the fact by email. I called hotel.com and they did not help me while we were in the middle of nowhere in the dark. They hung up on us after calling them and sent an email and asked me to call them the next day, which was no help to us. After keep trying to call for an hour, we had to drove away and found another place for the night. In a nut shel, stay away from hotel.com and this place if you want to enjoy your vacation.

When customers book their travel on Expedia partner sites, we can only get in touch with them through the Expedia message center as we don't have access to customer's email. We did so with you on August 27 at 1:51 p.m, giving you all the information you needed to know for you stay at the Motel (the number of your room, the check-in procedure, the code to access your room, the emergency phone number) As we had the mention that the message had been read on the Expedia message center, we took for granted that all the information had been well received. We truly apologies if that was not the case. We will contact Expedia and Hotel.com to understand what happened.

This is such an interesting and surprising place. We thought it would be a very simple, "nothing special" motel. In fact, it is associated with a Theatre and restaurant in the area and we ended up having a wonderful dinner and took in a fabulous show of original music from the area. It is a bit confusing at first, because there is a note at the motel telling us to go to the Theatre to pick up the room key. But once we found the Theatre, which is down the hill on a sort of island jutting into the river, and retrieved our key and got all the details it was fine. The room had a lovely balcony, it was simple, clean, comfortable bed. Great place, highly recommend it, good value and a totally unexpected entertainment experience.

Bonjour Marcel, merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires.Avec la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre actuelle en Gaspésie et dans l'attente de la reconstruction du Théâtre de la Vieille Forge suite à l'incendie de 2017 (bureau d'accueil), nous n'avons d'autre choix que de recourir à l'arrivée autonome pour nos voyageurs en basse saison. Nous comprenons que le service est moins personnalisé et ne reflète pas notre accueil chaleureux qui fait notre renommée. Quant aux chaînes de télé, nous avons adressé la situation à notre équipe technique, car nous offrons plus de 50 chaînes de télé à nos clients habituellement. Nous ferons donc le suivi nécessaire afin de comprendre pourquoi vous n'y avez pas eu droit lors de votre séjour.Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau à Petite-Vallée!

chambre mignonne avec un petit balcon privé, frigo et micro-onde . À deux minutes à pieds du bord du fleuve où la vue est magnifique. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux.

Très bien!
Beau petit motel qui semble neuf, très belle chambre (coquette) avec un beau petit balcon à l'arrière. Propreté impeccable. Salle de bain un peu petite, mais fonctionnelle. Seuls bémols: des lits doubles et pas de déjeuner. Un gros merci à M. Sylvain qui a fait des mains et des pieds pour régler notre problème avec l'air climatisé.
