Brand new cozy 1 Bed / 1 Bath centrally located in a cute little town we have grown to love! Family friendly and pet friendly, we aim to accommodate all of our guest needs. Our listings are primarily use to accommodate College family visits, College students/athletes, student visitors, students abroad, teachers, local corporate housing, insurance relocations, etc. We strive to bring value to our community by assisting the local contacts we have established over the years!
Parking is extremely sought after in Swarthmore and this unit comes with a dedicated parking spot directly parallel to the entrance. This is a huge bonus!

The parking lot for this unit is is is under surveillance as well as the entry to the unit to make sure the proper amount of guests enter to ensure the reservation is accurate. The reservation should match those who arrive, if you plan to have more guests than who are booked please let us know in advance.

This cottage has a comfy queen bed in it’s own room with an attached full bathroom. The living room is divided from the bedroom by a set of open sway doors. Multiple comfy couches to relax on with an open layout. The kitchen is has all of the amenities needed for your stay.

This listing is centrally located steps from all of the nearby shops, restaurants, laundromat, and of course the college. We encourage our guests to shop locally there are many great food stores and restaurants nearby including a Co-Op grocery store right around the corner with a variety of healthy foods to choose from. Food trucks come on weekends, and festivals occur quite often bringing a variety of booths and food options!
